Welcome to my book giveaway for Something Wicked Comes! Thanks to Rainy for putting this together.
It’s the perfect season to highlight books that go bump in the night or transform into something dark. And with that in mind, I’ve chosen to give away a book from one of my favorite authors: Patricia Briggs!
Ms. Briggs has written a LOT of books, but the first one she’d ever written was called Masques. She has since admitted that she had no clue what she was doing, but after a decade, came back to do the characters in the story justice with her squeal, Wolfsbane. And, with the release of Wolfsbane, a freshly edited version of Masques came back on the scene.
There are a few other books that play in this world, full of magic and dragons and all sorts of interesting characters. And from this world, this novel, Ms. Briggs has written several other series of novels, none of which would be possible without Masques.
So, in honor of Mercy, Anna, and Ward — and to all the rest who may follow — I present to you a giveaway of Masques. As to why I’ve picked this one, and how it fits with the wicked theme, well… you’ll just have to read to find out. 🙂
The giveaway will last for 2 weeks and then I’ll announce the winner. Good luck!

Her latest mission involves spying on the increasingly powerful sorcerer Geoffrey ae’Magi.
But in a war against an enemy armed with the powers of illusion, how do you know who the true enemy is-or where he will strike next?
About the Author:
